Yes, We are aware of your sensitivity. The highest level of precautions for patient privacy and personal health data (special quality personal data) security are guaranteed by the current laws in the regulation. No audio or video recordings are taken during the conversation No third party institution or person can access this information.

All records, correspondence and conversations are end-to-end encrypted and no third party institution or person, including platform officials, can access this information. Patient health information, diagnosis, treatment, report, prescription, etc. All data is kept in the central data system of the Ministry of Health.

Can I Have a Voice Call Without Turning on the Camera?

Yes. There is no obligation to turn on the video during the call. If you wish, you can have your conversation as a voice conversation. (You can make your choice from the options that appear during the video connection)

Can I Register Anonymous?

No. Our system verifies identity during membership through MERNIS (Central Population Administration System). All information declared during registration, T.R. It must be exactly the same as your ID or passport information. After registration, you can make a secure appointment from all branches on the platform.

Anonymous interviews are not legal in terms of both the client and the expert's rights and do not comply with ethical rules. In this respect, the anonymous registration system has no legal and ethical basis.

Yes, e-Health works integrated with e-Pulse. Except for Psychology, Nutrition and Diet and Physical Therapy consultancies, all information about the examination, diagnosis and treatment results performed by specialists in other branches will be instantly visible in your e-Pulse account.

Yes, If the specialist you meet on the platform deems it appropriate, he/she can issue an e-Prescription in your name and it will be automatically entered into the pharmacy system. Additionally, prescription information appears instantly in your e-Nabız account.

Yes, The expert you have met on the platform can prepare an e-Report on your behalf if he deems it appropriate. Additionally, report information appears instantly in your e-Nabız account.

The e-Prescription and e-Report issued on your behalf, if deemed appropriate by the specialist, are within the scope of SSI, and other special services provided by health professionals are not within the scope of SSI.

e-Health has agreements with some private insurance companies, and your complementary health insurance is valid for platform services. (Contracted companies are on the experts page.)
