Expert Clinical Psychologist Sibel Deniz Toledo Falay graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology in 2002. He completed his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Rumeli University.
He received Gestalt Therapy training for 2 years. He received Psychodrama Training at Istanbul Psychodrama Institute. Within the scope of this training, he completed Individual Psychodrama training. At the beginning of his career, he worked with the elderly and their families in a private nursing home for 3 years.
Provided psychological support to families regarding life with elderly parents.
Since 2014, he has been providing psychological support to adults in areas such as anxiety, relationships, family problems, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and depression at Sima Psychology Counseling center, of which he is the co-founder.
He also received EMDR Training from the Institute of Behavioral Sciences, so he effectively helps trauma victims.He is a dedicated psychologist who loves to listen, understand, support and accepts people as they are. She works with her clients mainly through Individual Psychodrama, EMDR and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). He has developed a systemic perspective on the psychological distress of his clients by taking Systemic Family Constellation training for the last 4 years.

In addition, Birth Psychology and Birth Coaching, also known as Doula, are her special areas of interest and work. She completed 9 months of training as a Birth Preparation Educator, Doula and Birth Psychologist at Istanbul Birth Academy. In addition, she was entitled to receive HypnoBirthing training from Sherry Gilbert and became a HypnoBirthing Practitioner. She is interested in the field of pregnancy and birth from the perspective that life begins in the womb.
