This Information Text, prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, aims to inform you about the personal data we process during your use of the website "www.ehealth.com.tr".

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data processed by us as EHEALTH is in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes and limited to the fulfillment of these purposes; It can only be transferred to the following recipient groups within the country, in accordance with Articles 8 and/or 9 of the KVKK and if the above-mentioned legal reasons for the relevant data category are also present in terms of transfer purposes.

  • To business partners (for example, search engines, social media platforms, data management platforms and digital advertising platforms) for the purpose of carrying out personalized advertising / marketing activities, if you prefer.

6. DATA OWNER'S RIGHTS

We would like to remind you that, as the data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

  • Learning whether personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • In case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request correction of these and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
  • Requesting compensation for the damage in case of damage due to personal data being processed contrary to the Law.

7. USE OF RIGHTS

Applications of data owners regarding the rights listed above in accordance with Article 13 of the KVVK; In accordance with the provisions of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", by filling out the Data Owner Application Form, which can be accessed at the address "www.ehealth.com.tr/kvkk-basvuru-formu/" and adding information and documents suitable for identification, physically "Kizilirmak Mahallesi" Dumlupınar Bulvarı Next Level No: 3A/10 Çankaya/ANKARA” or electronically via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail addresses used when registering to the site: “ehealthteknolojia.s@hs01.kep.tr” or “info@ehealth.com.tr”.

The Data Owner's application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible, within 30 (THIRTY) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the relevant request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

eHealth client/user evaluation principles

Evaluation score and content can only be made by clients and service purchasers who have sessions via eHealth by appointment or live meeting method.

Please write down your satisfaction or complaints about the expert you consulted or the service you purchased, and remember that your scores and comments will contribute greatly to other clients and those who want to purchase services to make better choices.

We will publish all comments, whether positive or negative, on the eHealth platform as soon as possible, as long as the evaluation principles are followed. We will also provide transparency about the status of submitted content.

We will apply the same principles and standards to the answers given by the expert or service provider.

eHealth's mission is to be a distributor of feedback from both the client and the experts, the service purchaser and the service provider. We will let the contributions speak for themselves and we will not be the ones to judge what is real

The evaluation must be relevant to the session and suitable for the general readership.

Comment and evaluation must be fair, impartial and specific to the service you have received from the expert or service provider. Do not share personal phone and e-mail addresses. Please do not make personal, political, moral or religious statements. Abusive speeches, discriminatory and hate speeches, sexual expressions, violent and threatening evaluations, advertisement-related comments, and misleading evaluations made with the aim of lowering the score of a rival expert or service provider or increasing their own score will not be tolerated.

Comments and evaluations are the opinions of the service providers who purchase the service and have the right to reply. eHealth or its partners are not responsible for any responsibility or liability for any comments or answers given.
