Beslenme ve Diyetetik alanındaki eğitimim ve mesleki deneyimim doğrultusunda, bireysel ve kişiye özel beslenme danışmanlığı hizmeti sunuyorum. Danışanlarımın sağlık durumlarını, yaşam tarzlarını, beslenme alışkanlıklarını ve kişisel hedeflerini bütüncül bir yaklaşımla değerlendiriyorum.

İstanbul Ataşehir Metropol İstanbul'da bulunan kliniğimde yüz yüze, e-Health üzerinden ise online beslenme ve diyet danışmanlığı hizmeti veriyorum.

Beslenme Yaklaşımım

Beslenmenin yalnızca kilo vermek veya belirli besinlerden vazgeçmek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Yaklaşımımın temelinde yasaksız, esnek, dengeli ve sürdürülebilir beslenme anlayışı yer alıyor.

Her bireyin ihtiyaçlarının farklı olduğu bilinciyle; günlük yaşamına, çalışma düzenine, sosyal hayatına ve kişisel hedeflerine uyum sağlayabilecek beslenme programları hazırlıyorum.

Danışmanlık sürecinde yalnızca tartıdaki değişime değil, sağlıklı beslenme alışkanlıklarının kazanılmasına ve uzun vadede sürdürülebilmesine odaklanıyorum.

Mesleki çalışmalarımın yanı sıra dijital platformlarda bilimsel temelli beslenme bilgileri paylaşarak sağlıklı beslenme konusunda farkındalık oluşturmayı amaçlıyorum.

Exceptional Circumstances

❖ Provable force majeure events are not subject to these provisions.

Special Conditions

❖ Different cancellation, postponement and refund conditions may be determined for special packages, programs, follow-up plans or promotional services offered by the expert. These services are not subject to the general cancellation and refund provisions contained herein, but are evaluated within the scope of the specific conditions of the relevant package or program.

Evaluation score and content can only be made by clients and service purchasers who have sessions via eHealth by appointment or live meeting.

Please write down your satisfaction or complaints about the expert you consulted or the service you purchased, and remember that your scores and comments will contribute greatly to other clients and those who want to purchase services to make better choices.

We will publish all comments, whether positive or negative, on the eHealth platform as soon as possible, as long as the evaluation principles are followed. We will also provide transparency about the status of submitted content.

We will apply the same principles and standards to the answers given by the expert or service provider.

eHealth's mission is to be a distributor of feedback from both the client and the experts, the service purchaser and the service provider. We'll let the contributions speak for themselves and we won't be the ones to judge what's real

The evaluation must be relevant to the session and suitable for the general readership.

Comment and evaluation must be fair, impartial and specific to the service you have received from the expert or service provider. Do not share personal phone and e-mail addresses. Please do not make personal, political, moral or religious statements. Abusive speeches, discriminatory and hate speeches, sexual expressions, violent and threatening evaluations, advertising content comments, misleading evaluations made with the aim of lowering the score of a rival expert or service provider or increasing their own score will not be tolerated.

Comments and evaluations are the opinions of the service providers who purchase the service and have the right to reply. eHealth or its partners are not responsible for any liability or responsibility for any comments or responses given.

Positive or negative feedback evaluations regarding eHealth services can be made in the user evaluations section on the eHealth page.
