About
Hello! I am Expert Dietician Esra Aktan, I completed my undergraduate education at Başkent University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics with a 100% scholarship in 2017.
After graduating in 2017, I continued my master's degree at Ankara University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics and graduated in 2020 and was entitled to use the title of Specialist Dietitian. I completed my master's degree seminar on The Effect of Gluten-Free Diet on Healthy Individuals.
In my master's thesis, I evaluated the relationship between meal frequency and healthy eating index and body shape index. You can access my thesis by clicking here. I wrote articles on COVID-19 Nutrition Status assessment/emotional nutrition, functional nutrition, nutrition in adult diseases.I have presentations at international/national congresses and publications in journals. I started my career as a corporate dietitian in a private catering company in 2017 and continued as a research assistant at a foundation university between 2019-2021. Since moving to Ankara in March 2021, I have been continuing my work as a Specialist Dietitian and providing one-on-one Nutrition Consultancy.
I am here to help you move towards healthy eating habits with personalized diet planning.
