Yaklaşımı işbirlikçi, sıcak, yapılandırılmış ve kültürel olarak duyarlıdır. Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT), kişi merkezli terapi, farkındalık temelli teknikler, Şema Terapisi bakış açıları ve EMDR temelli klinik bilgilerle çalışmaktadır.
