About
Hello, I am Dietician Çağatay Kansız, I graduated from Başkent University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. I continued my education at Anadolu University in the fields of Business Administration and Health Institutions Management and received two different diplomas. Then, I strengthened my academic infrastructure by completing my master's degree at Istanbul Aydin University in 2024.
Between 2014 and 2016, I worked as a clinical, outpatient and kitchen dietician at KTÜ Farabi Hospital. During this process, I worked with individuals with very different health conditions and gained experience in clinical nutrition, medical nutrition treatment in diseases, enteral-parenteral nutrition planning and individual follow-ups.
I have been actively supporting my clients in the areas of gaining healthy eating habits, weight management, sports nutrition, food intolerances and nutrition in chronic diseases in my own nutrition and diet consultancy center for about nine years. For the last six months, I have also been working in the field of corporate nutrition consultancy, running healthy lifestyle and performance-oriented programs for company employees.I accompany my clients with a sustainable and scientifically based approach that is far from a uniform diet approach. My aim; The aim is to provide the individual with feasible and permanent nutritional habits that are suitable for his/her lifestyle, health status and expectations.
