About Service
112 Emergency Health Services
It starts with our citizens dialing the phone number 112 24 hours a day in case of any emergency illness or injury. Calls arriving at the command and control center in each of our provinces are evaluated by deciding on their urgency.A fully equipped ambulance with a doctor or paramedic or emergency medical technician is assigned from the station closest to the scene of the incident, reaching the scene of the incident and providing the necessary medical intervention to the patient or injured person at the scene and transferring them to the hospital where they will receive treatment if necessary.
With the service accessed through this line in Turkey, emergency aid service is provided by providing transportation to all points throughout the country by land, air and sea. In emergencies and disasters, rapid transportation to the scene, prevalence, distribution and organization, and uninterrupted coordination are essential while doing all these.
Command Control Center (KKM) is the unit working under the 112 Emergency Aid Services, Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician within the Provincial Health Directorate.
Command Control Center consists of six main units; Call reception, Ambulance guidance, Patient transportation, Data recording and evaluation, Intra-provincial and interprovincial patient transportation coordination, Hospital critical bed management.
