What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates; It is a personalized and health-based exercise method applied to prevent musculoskeletal system problems, support treatment processes and increase mobility.

Unlike classical pilates, Clinical Pilates; It is planned in line with the individual's health history, posture, pain status and functional needs and is applied in the presence of a physiotherapist or trainers specialized in this field.
