Hello,
I am Dietician Nüket Turan, I graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 1994. With the experience I have gained in clinical, corporate and private consultancy fields throughout my 32-year professional career; I apply evidence-based, sustainable and personalized medical nutrition treatments.
Throughout my career, I have worked on gaining healthy eating habits, weight management, medical nutrition treatment for diseases, pregnancy nutrition and nutrition planning for different periods of life. He believes that each individual's needs are different; I prepare personalized programs suitable for my clients' health status, lifestyle and goals.
I especially provide consultancy on sustainable weight loss, healthy weight gain, diabetes and insulin resistance management, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid diseases, digestive system disorders, child and adolescent nutrition, breastfeeding nutrition and nutrition in old age.The basis of my nutrition approach is to create applicable and permanent habits that adapt to the individual's life, rather than strict diets and short-term solutions. My goal is not only to achieve weight change, but to help my clients achieve their long-term health goals safely.
In addition to face-to-face meetings with my clients in my clinic in Izmir, I also offer online consultancy services through the e-Health platform. Thus, you can easily access professional nutrition support regardless of your city or country.
