Hello, I am Dietician İrem Efe.
I graduated from Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2022. During my undergraduate education, I completed my double major in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in order to combine my interest in nutrition science with culinary practices and received my second undergraduate diploma in 2024. In order to continue my academic development, I started my master's degree at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, in 2026.
I have been actively accepting clients since September 2022. I offer nutrition consultancy services in my clinic licensed as a Private Health Professional Service Unit in Kağıthane, Istanbul, and through online platforms.My research areas include weight control, healthy weight gain and loss, nutritional treatment of metabolic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases and gastrointestinal system diseases), mother-child nutrition, pregnancy and breastfeeding nutrition and sports nutrition. He believes that every individual's lifestyle, health status, habits and goals are different; For this reason, I prepare completely personalized nutrition programs for my clients.
In my consultancy process, I prioritize gaining sustainable eating habits. I regularly update the nutrition programs with weekly follow-ups, and I aim to make the process more diverse, feasible and enjoyable by creating alternative menus in my lists suitable for different days of the week.
