Merhaba, ben Diyetisyen Beyza Nur Demir.

Lise eğitimimi Ankara'da üçüncülük derecesiyle ve onur öğrencisi olarak tamamladım. Ardından Hacettepe Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümü'nden şeref öğrencisi olarak mezun oldum.

Lisans eğitimim boyunca Hacettepe Üniversitesi İhsan Doğramacı Çocuk ve Erişkin Hastaneleri, Batıkent Mehmet Gözgü Aile Sağlığı Merkezi, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Mutfak ve Yemekhanesi ile Hacettepe Üniversitesi Toplu Beslenme Sistemleri'nde staj yaparak klinik beslenme, toplum sağlığı ve toplu beslenme alanlarında deneyim kazandım.

Akademik çalışmalarım kapsamında “Aralıklı Açlığın Kardiyometabolik Faydaları” konulu seminerimi ve “Piyasada Yer Alan Ekmek Çeşitleri ve Pastane Ürünlerinin Besin Alerjisi ve Besin Ögesi İçeriğinin İncelenmesi” başlıklı tezimi tamamladım.

Dört yıllık mesleki deneyimim boyunca binlerce danışana bireysel beslenme ve diyet danışmanlığı hizmeti sundum.

Beslenme Yaklaşımım

Beslenme danışmanlığında bilimsel verileri, etik ilkeleri ve bireysel ihtiyaçları esas alıyorum.

Her danışanımın sağlık geçmişini, yaşam tarzını, beslenme alışkanlıklarını ve kişisel hedeflerini değerlendirerek günlük yaşamına uyum sağlayabilecek, uygulanabilir ve sürdürülebilir beslenme programları hazırlıyorum.

Amacım yalnızca kısa vadeli kilo hedeflerine ulaşmak değil; danışanlarımın beslenmeyle sağlıklı bir ilişki kurmalarını, beslenme farkındalıklarını geliştirmelerini ve kazandıkları alışkanlıkları uzun vadede sürdürebilmelerini desteklemektir.

Online Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Appointments made can be postponed to a different day or canceled within 6 hours until the appointment time.
  • If there is less than 6 hours left until the appointment time, no appointment postponement, cancellation or refund will be made.

In-Clinic Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Appointments made can be postponed to a different day or canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time.
  • If there is less than 12 hours left until the appointment time, no appointment postponement, cancellation or refund will be made.

Exceptional Circumstances

❖ Provable force majeure events are not subject to these provisions.
❖ Extraordinary and certifiable situations are not subject to these provisions.
❖ A different cancellation and refund policy may be applied by the expert or platform if deemed necessary.

Special Conditions

❖ Different cancellation, postponement and refund conditions may be determined for special packages, programs, follow-up plans or promotional services offered by the expert. These services are not subject to the general cancellation and refund provisions contained herein, but are evaluated within the scope of the specific conditions of the relevant package or program.

eHealth client/user evaluation principles

Evaluation score and content can only be made by clients and service purchasers who have sessions via eHealth by appointment or live meeting.

Please write down your satisfaction or complaints about the expert you consulted or the service you purchased, and remember that your scores and comments will contribute greatly to other clients and those who want to purchase services to make better choices.

We will publish all comments, whether positive or negative, on the eHealth platform as soon as possible, as long as the evaluation principles are followed. We will also provide transparency about the status of submitted content.

We will apply the same principles and standards to the answers given by the expert or service provider.

eHealth's mission is to be a distributor of feedback from both the client and the experts, the service purchaser and the service provider. We'll let the contributions speak for themselves and we won't be the ones to judge what's real

The evaluation must be relevant to the session and suitable for the general readership.

Comment and evaluation must be fair, impartial and specific to the service you have received from the expert or service provider. Do not share personal phone and e-mail addresses. Please do not make personal, political, moral or religious statements. Abusive speeches, discriminatory and hate speeches, sexual expressions, violent and threatening evaluations, advertising content comments, misleading evaluations made with the aim of lowering the score of a rival expert or service provider or increasing their own score will not be tolerated.

Comments and evaluations are the opinions of the service providers who purchase the service and have the right to reply. eHealth or its partners are not responsible for any liability or responsibility for any comments or responses given.
