OUR AIMS

The purpose of Home Health Services is; To determine the procedures and principles regarding the establishment, referral and management of home health services to be provided by the Ministry and its affiliated organizations in order to ensure that the examination, examination, analysis, treatment, medical care and rehabilitation of individuals in need are carried out at home and in the family environment, and to provide social and psychological support services to these individuals and their family members as a whole, and to ensure coordination among the relevant institutions and organizations; To ensure that these services are implemented equally, accessible, high quality, effective and efficient throughout the country, in accordance with the social state understanding.

OUR GOALS

1. Patients reported to the Home Health Services Coordination Center by the National Call Center; Return within 15 minutes and be assigned as a service order to the relevant Home Health Services Unit.
2. The patient applying to receive Home Health Service; Visit by the relevant Home Health Services Team within 24 hours from the date of application.
3. Visit frequency value is 2 or more (each followed-up patient is visited at least 2 times in a month).
4. Home Health Services Team; Allocating at least 20 minutes for each patient visit.
5. Performing dental screenings of patients receiving home health services.
6. The services provided by Home Health Services Units; Monthly follow-up by the Home Health Services Coordination Center for examination, consultation, writing prescriptions, preparing reports (medication-food-diaper), injection, dressing, blood tests, catheterization, dental examination, tooth extraction, tooth addition, prosthesis, prosthesis repair, oral hygiene training etc.
7. Providing transportation services throughout the province.

WHAT IS HOME HEALTH SERVICES?

It is the provision of examination, examination, analysis, treatment, medical care, follow-up and rehabilitation services, including social and psychological counseling services, at home and in the family environment, to individuals who need home health care due to various diseases.

HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF HOME HEALTH SERVICES

1. Examination, examination, analysis, treatment, medical care and rehabilitation services in the patient's home environment, within the framework of the diagnosis and planned treatment.
2. Prescribing drugs whose long-term use is documented with a health report, without prejudice to the special regulations in prescribing the drug.
3. Helping to prepare reports regarding the use of medical devices and materials.
4. Informing the patient and his/her family about the duties they can undertake during home care and about the disease and care processes.
5. Providing services such as training and consultancy to the patient regarding medical devices and equipment that he/she should use at home.
6. When deemed necessary, transporting the patient to the relevant health institution and/or from the health institution to his home.
