Hakkımda

Merhaba, ben Uzm. Dyt. Selvi Akman.

2014 yılında Trakya Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümü'nden mezun oldum. İstanbul'da farklı sağlık kuruluşlarında edindiğim klinik deneyimin ardından 2018 yılında kendi beslenme ve diyet danışmanlığı merkezimi kurdum. 2019 yılında Okan Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü'nde yüksek lisans eğitimimi tamamlayarak Uzman Diyetisyen unvanını aldım.

Mesleki gelişimim kapsamında onkoloji beslenmesi, bariatrik cerrahi, nutrigenetik, fonksiyonel tıp, sporcu beslenmesi ve psikodiyet alanlarında çeşitli eğitimlere katıldım.

Sabancı DX, Akbank, IN Game Group, Insider ve Kibar Holding gibi kurumlarda çalışanlara yönelik beslenme eğitimleri gerçekleştirdim. 2024 yılında “Böyle Diyet Olmaz” kitabına besin değerleri ve sağlıklı beslenme içerikleriyle katkıda bulundum.

Beslenme Yaklaşımım

Beslenmenin geçici diyetlerden ibaret olmadığına, sağlıklı ve sürdürülebilir yaşam alışkanlıklarının temelini oluşturduğuna inanıyorum.

Danışanlarımın sağlık geçmişini, yaşam tarzını, beslenme alışkanlıklarını, kişisel hedeflerini ve yemekle kurdukları ilişkiyi bütüncül olarak değerlendiriyorum.

Bilimsel temelli, kişiye özel ve uygulanabilir beslenme programları hazırlarken beslenmenin biyolojik, davranışsal ve psikolojik boyutlarını birlikte ele alıyorum.

Amacım, danışanlarımın beslenme farkındalıklarını geliştirmelerine ve sağlıklı alışkanlıklarını uzun vadede sürdürebilmelerine destek olmaktır.
