Born in Tarsus in 1960, Dr. Cerrahoğlu graduated from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1984, completed his specialty training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 1990 and became a Family Medicine Specialist. Having successfully completed the Trainer Training program jointly organized by Çukurova and Tel Aviv Universities, he received the title of EURACT member trainer; He took part in the Family Medicine practices of the Ministry of Health as a Master Trainer.
